  4. The first haiku reminded of childhood days, what would we be without these moral stories, lovely haiku.
    The second one is virtuous, agni pariksha, test of fire, test of time. Loved both.

  5. most kids in America has been read 'Aesop's Fables' - wonderful tales with a moral to learn at the end.....It should be mandatory for some adults, too...

  6. Loved those tales and what a fun way to inculcate morals in childhood without policing!! Those books really have withstood the test of time!! :)
